1 Acceptance of Terms

By accessing or using the siju88 platform — whether through the website at siju88.onl, the Android APK, the iOS home screen app, or any other interface provided by siju88 — you confirm that you have read, understood, and agreed to these Terms and Conditions in their entirety.

siju88 does not allow the transfer of accounts between individuals. Accounts are personal and non-transferable.

4 Deposits and Withdrawals

All financial transactions on siju88 are conducted in Pakistani Rupees (PKR). The platform currently supports deposits and withdrawals via JazzCash, Easypaisa, Raast, bank transfers, debit and credit cards, and other supported mobile wallets. 5 Betting and Gaming Rules

All bets placed on siju88 are subject to the specific rules applicable to each sport, market, or game type. All content on the siju88 platform — including the website design, logo, graphics, text, game interfaces, and software — is owned by or licensed to siju88. You may not copy, reproduce, distribute, publish, or create derivative works from any part of the platform without written permission from siju88.

Game content provided by third-party game studios remains the intellectual property of those studios and is used on siju88 under licence. Any misuse of game content is subject to both these terms and the relevant intellectual property laws.

10 Limitation of Liability

siju88 provides the platform on an "as is" basis. To the fullest extent permitted, siju88 excludes all warranties, representations, and conditions not expressly stated in these terms.

11 Account Closure

• Prolonged inactivity — accounts with no login activity for an extended period may be flagged as dormant.
